The Flying Foot Forum will be celebrating their 20th Anniversary in an exciting and high-stepping evening with The New Standards. Set to the band’s distinctive music, this unusual variety show will feature an eclectic melange of dance pieces and guest appearances by company members past and present who have been a significant part of the Flying Foot Forum’s unique community of dance, music and theater artists. Don’t miss this exciting evening of music and dance, The New Standards only Spring appearance, and a wonderful and witty tribute to the dancers and performers who have brought their unique artistry and personalities to make the Flying Foot Forum one of the most unique companies in the Twin Cities for 20 years.

Master drummer Fode Bangoura will be hosting his 5th Annual Fakoly Dance & Drum Project! 5 days of daily drum and dance classes taught by Master Drummers and Dancers from West Africa. The workshop will culminate in a Saturday evening performance of the guest artists at the Heart of the Beast Theater ($17 in advance, $20 at the door, $12 Children 12 & under).
